Mama June fans took to Reddit to discuss some hints that Pumpkin has been dropping recently. In a post on Facebook, Pumpkin mentioned that she wasn’t able to get back for a viral bingo game “due to filming.”
One Reddit user posted a screenshot of the status and stated that Pumpkin has mentioned filming a lot lately. Then they asked, “Does anyone have any idea when the new season will be coming out? Any speculations?”
There has been some information previously shared about the filming schedule for Mama June. June Shannon shared that the family typically films year-round. They will take a couple of weeks to a month off at a time. As long as the show is being renewed, they are filming.
In the comments, people weighed in on what they expect out of the next season.

Season 6 showed Anna “Chickadee” Cardwell’s declining health and her eventual death in December of 2023. The season featured several difficult conversations about Anna’s health and what she wanted after she was gone.
