During the latest episode of Sister Wives star, Kody Brown makes some statements that don’t add up. Notably, viewers see that Robyn Brown is telling a different story. After which, Kody is labeled “dumb” and his remaining wife, Robyn, is shown to be “calculated” after being caught in a big lie.
Viewers Spot A Big Lie
Although Sister Wives viewers are great at catching Kody Brown twisting history, now they are seeing him “out” Robyn Brown for a lie she is telling. In the most recent episode, fans brilliantly caught that “game night” wasn’t truly a night affair. Likewise, Michelle Petty confesses they didn’t ask TLC to hide whose wedding the Browns were attending. But now, fans see a big fat lie that Robyn tells and Kody’s yammering lets the cat out of the bag.
Kody And Robyn Brown’s Stories Don’t Line Up
During Robyn Brown’s confessional, she talks about poor Ari and Sol not being in the loop with all the family unraveling. Robyn says, “Solomon and Arielle don’t really, track what’s happening in the family.” However, she also thinks that COVID-19 separation has eased them into dealing with not seeing everyone. She discusses how difficult it has been for her kids who don’t understand what is happening. Robyn says she reaches out but doesn’t “hear back” from the “kids” from the other wives. Since she isn’t getting responses, she doesn’t know if she should remind her kids about the other siblings because it would bring up too many questions. Furthermore, she isn’t sure how to guide Ari and Sol through this difficult situation of Meri, Janelle, and Christine Brown leaving the plural marriage.
Kody Brown on the other hand mentions that Ari has told him how angry she is at Christine Brown for “leaving her dad.” While Kody was thrilled to see her loyalty, he reminded her she didn’t “know Christine well enough” at that point to say she didn’t like her. In his way, he was “trying to correct” Ari since he knows if the youngest is choosing sides, then so are the older ones. He didn’t want to promote that behavior.
Kody Brown Dumb & Robyn Calculated In Big Lie?
On Reddit, a Sister Wives viewer catches Kody Brown and Robyn tangled in a lie. First, they say, “Robyn and Kody didn’t compare notes.” Then, they elaborate on the discussion Robyn had about her kids and the rift in the family. The user adds, “So Robyn says Ari doesn’t really know what’s going on with the family and then Kody says Ari said she didn’t like Christine because she left my daddy. So which is it Robyn she’s sheltered or you have a nightly update meeting with your kids to remind them the family is unsafe and they are treating all of you badly. Wish those two would be confronted with the bs.”
- Someone says, “It sounds like Ari has figured out who the bad guy is to keep Daddy happy. Pseudo-mutuality is always part of life for a child raised by narcissists.”
- Another user says, “I think Kody is more honest than Robyn because he is dumb and lets his rage come out. Robyn is way more calcuated with everything she says in her performance as the ultimate victim.”
- “I’m sure Robyn tries to coach Kody beforehand and every time he goes off script it drives her up the wall lolol.”
Kids Pick Up On What Is Happening
Additionally, Kody and Robyn Brown’s daughter Ari might be absorbing more than they realize. Other Sister Wives fans suggest Ari’s statements to Kody could be from overhearing them bicker.
